To make coffee using manual filters
- Place the filter paper in the filter cone and place over your cup/mug or jug.
- Measure the coffee into the filter paper, using one rounded dessertspoon per person.
- For best results moisten the coffee with water that is just off the boil and after a few seconds pour on enough water for the number of cups you require.
- Remove the filter cone, stir to evenly distribute the flavour and serve.
