March - Mama Mia’s Coffee

Douwe Egberts freshly brewed coffee
25ml/single shot of Amaretto liqueur
Topping - 2 tablespoons of ready-made custard
3 tablespoons of spray whipped cream
(Stir the 2 above ingredients together until well mixed and then keep in a fridge).
Dusting - Cocoa powder

Take your glass cup and put in your measure of Amaretto before filling with freshly brewed coffee. Pour the custard and cream mixture delicately on the top of the coffee. The cream mixture should be about 2cm thick floating on top of the coffee. Dust with a good shake of cocoa powder over the cream. Serve immediately.
 
Tips

Serve in a tall-stemmed glass or grate fresh chocolate on the top instead of cocoa. The recipe works with any other liqueur.
