Douwe Egberts freshly brewed coffee 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream 2 tablespoons of coconut milk 4 ice cubes 1 tablespoon of ready made custard Garnish - A sprinkle of shredded coconut
Place the ice cream, coconut milk, custard and the ice cubes in a blender. Blend on full power for 15 seconds. Fill your cup to a third full with freshly brewed coffee and pour the blended mixture over the coffee. Stir gently and sprinkle with the shredded coconut. Serve immediately. |
