December - Zesty Festivities

1 measure of Douwe Egberts coffee
50ml chocolate orange liqueur
Topping - A covering of spray whipped cream
Dusting - Cocoa powder and icing sugar

Pour the liqueur into your coffee cup. Fill your cup with freshly brewed coffee and cover the surface of the coffee with whipped cream. Dust with a good shake of cocoa powder and then with a light dusting of icing sugar. Serve immediately.
 
Tips

Add only 1/2 of the chocolate orange liqueur and then add 25ml of brandy for a stronger flavour. Serve in a tall stemmed glass.
