February - Chocolate Chip Cappuccino

Douwe Egberts freshly brewed coffee (we recommend a dark roast – strength 5)
2 pieces of chocolate (broken up)
Topping - A covering of spray whipped cream
Dusting - Cocoa powder through heart shaped stencil

Take broken up chocolate pieces and place in your cup. Add in half a cup of freshly brewed coffee and stir until the chocolate has melted. Fill the cup with more coffee and cover with whipped cream. Place a heart shaped stencil over the cream and dust with cocoa powder until all the heart shape is covered. Remove the stencil. Serve immediately.
 
Tips

Serve in a glass or add a chocolate flake for extra luxury.
