Douwe Egberts freshly brewed coffee 25ml Irish/Scottish Whiskey 1 teaspoon of brown sugar A covering of spray whipped cream 1 brandy snap roll (crushed) Dusting - Icing sugar
Fill your coffee cup with freshly brewed coffee leaving enough space for the topping. Add the measure of whiskey and the sugar and stir until dissolved. Cover the top of the coffee with the whipped cream. Place the brandy snap onto the cream. Dust with the icing sugar. Serve immediately. |
Add brandy instead of whiskey or dust with ground cinnamon and omit the alcohol. |
